DEVELOPING : Texas authorities are responding to reports of an off-duty police officer shot at a motel in San Antonio.
Officers on the scene at a Super 8 Motel in downtown San Antonio said the suspected shooter appears to have barricaded himself in one of the rooms.
A SWAT team is at the scene, and police are blocking off the streets around the motel.
